My Life, My Way
Starting September 2018:
Turning a Hobby into an Income:
Have fun making Christmas items and learn the basics for making money from your own hobbies. We will be covering: costs and pricing, where and how to sell and preparing to sell to the public.
Six weeks starting Thursday 4th October at Number 28 Hexham (10am to 12.00) and Friday 5th October at Barnabas Youth Centre, Stobhill, Morpeth (3.30pm start).
Everyday Mindfulness:
Dates to be confirmed at Barnabas Youth Centre and Longhoughton Community Centre (Nr Alnwick)
Confidence courses will also be run in conjunction with Hexham and Prudhoe Children’s Centres
Mindfulness For Living
Mindfulness for Living is a six week course exploring mindfulness, what it is and how it can help us gain and remain in control of our thoughts, feelings and emotions. Live with more calm and less stress! These are free courses funded by Karbon Housing
Prudhoe Methodist Church from Friday 8 June for 6 weeks. 9.30 to 11.30 am
Confidence Building Workshops
We will be offering courses through the “My Life My Way” programme. Please check for details
